We welcome Manitoulin artists, practitioners and musicians of all mediums/music genres to be part of the thrid annual Art In The Maples festival, a celebration of creativity set amidst the stunning landscapes of Manitoulin Island. This is an opportunity to showcase your unique talents in a picturesque setting overlooking Campbell Bay in Evansville. As an artist, you'll have the chance to not only exhibit and sell your work, but also to engage with fellow creators and inspire visitors by setting up a workspace to demonstrate your artistic process. From painters to potters, photographers to jewelers, fiber & fabric artists to sculptors, we invite you to join us in creating an interactive experience where art comes to life. With ample on-site parking, scenic trails, and a welcoming atmosphere, Art In The Maples promises to again be an unforgettable showcase of local talent. Amazing artists from 2025 are returning, and many more have signed on as participants following the resounding success' of the festival. Participants in the event will be required to provide their own tables, chairs, displays and sunshade/shelters. There is an option of 2 different space sizes 1) accommodate a 6’ - 8 ' table, with no space for a canopy at $50.00 or 2) a 12' x 12' space that will accommodate a canopy at $85.00. The price includes both Saturday and Sunday.
The event will be well advertised through social media, our website, a Facebook page, as well as the local radio and newspaper. Artists and musicians will also be required to complete an application form to provide contact information as well as photo/video/YouTube examples of their work. Space is limited, and we estimate we can accommodate approximately 45 - 50 artists.
Participants in the event (artists, practitioners & musicians) may also camp on site for the weekend as there are complimentary tent/trailer spaces available, please inquire as space is limited and off grid. Hot shower, water, washrooms, fridge access, and a charging station will be available. Unfortunately, camping space will not be available to the public, however at this time there is availability in one of four on-site glamping tents through Gypsy Blues & Island Views (couples/singles only). Additionally, artists who wish to set up a workspace to create and demonstrate their art during the event are welcome to do so. Please indicate this preference when completing the application form, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The festival is promoting Manitoulin artists & musicians, however a small percentage of space has been allocated for "guest artists" from off island.
ALL artisits, practitioners, musicians and vendors MUST fill out the application form and make payment prior to July 1st to secure their space.
